Hannun Log in had really navigation flaws, especially on mobile screens. My focus was to make sure the experience of the user in this step was succesful and doesn’t be interrupted by ui issues. I propose a new structure of this user flow, and an improvement of the interface. After I prepare this new template, to a A/B test, and the result was positive. After month this change impact positively in costumer service reducing a 75% of complaints about their purchases and web structure.
